Day and the Life- Getting started.

Okay, So you came to this blog for a reason: you either stumbled across this goldmine of information by accident, you looked on my you tube, or you google searched me...

Either way, I say welcome.

This is how I got started in my life as an actor:

First grade I was in a little musical performance as a cute little ballerina doll, and I was instantly hooked on acting. I took music lessons during school with my class, and begged my parents to let me take classes and a theater when I was entering the 6th grade, and they let me. I was in a couple of small productions, but soon found out that a film career was my calling. In 9th grade (I think) I was "discovered" by Peter Sklar who took me under his wing and I went to New York for an acting workshop that lasted for a week. It was amazing and filled with people who were just like me, and wanted to do what I wanted to do for a living.
High School Freshman year nothing really went on, I joined our drama class and learned some new tips to help me better prepare myself for the long road to become a successful actor.
Summer was a bit different, Peter invited me to his first ever Hollywood workshop, and to say the least I excelled. I wowed Marnie Cooper, acting coach (google her), and got a taste of the "real" LA atmosphere.

Sophomore year was much like Freshman year, nothing too much to report.
But the Summer was one I'd not soon forget, the time that I could say that I was a full fledged actor. I got my first paid acting gig at 100 dollars a day for two days. Not bad :) it was amazing... I'll post a blog on that later.

Now, I've had my ups and downs, and felt defeated many times and thought about quitting... but now, not so much. I have a ton of things coming my way and nothing is going to stop me from fulfilling my dreams! This is the time that I either make it break it.
